'Ukrposhta' has changed the return rules: what senders need to know about tariffs.

'Ukrposhta' has introduced a new quick return service for parcels
'Ukrposhta' has implemented a new quick return service for parcels that have not been received by the addressees. According to the company's press service, the new option allows senders to pre-select the return conditions in case the deliveries are not made to the recipients.
Now the client can independently set the tariff for the return transportation: 'Basic' or 'Priority'. The latter provides for priority processing and the fastest delivery. If no tariff was selected when creating the shipment, the system will automatically apply the standard 'Basic'.
'This solution is aimed at making logistics more transparent and convenient for senders,' the company emphasized.
The service can be arranged through the personal account on the 'Ukrposhta' website, in the mobile application, or directly at the department.
New opportunities from 'Ukrposhta'
It was also recently announced that 'Ukrposhta' will start selling a new, unexpected product.
The appearance of the new service from 'Ukrposhta' is a step towards facilitating the exchange of parcels between senders and recipients. Clients can now quickly and conveniently send and return shipments with the selected tariff. These initiatives are aimed at improving customer service and ensuring comfortable cooperation with the postal operator.
