Diia launched a convenient feature for drivers: it takes no more than 15 minutes.


The Diia app has been updated and now has new features for drivers whose cars have been evacuated. This update simplifies and speeds up the process of returning vehicles.
As reported by 'Khvylia', Kyiv Digital announced this.
Among the main changes is the simplified document upload procedure. Now, if a driver does not have a driver's license or vehicle registration certificate in Diia, it is enough to upload one document, and the other can simply be photographed.
The system has also become more informative: if an application is rejected due to an unacceptable photo, the user will receive detailed recommendations on what specific photo needs to be taken.
'If the inspector rejects the application due to an unacceptable photo - we will come to the rescue. You will receive a message with a detailed explanation of what photo needs to be taken,' the message says.
There is now a feature to track the status of the application review - users can now see the exact Time until the review is completed, which usually takes up to 15 minutes.
The developers remind that the best way to avoid problems with evacuation is to timely pay for parking through the 'Digital Parking' app.
'We are alleviating the main pain during evacuation. But we know the way to avoid this - conveniently pay for parking in Digital,' the message says.
