Rescue operation in Kostyantynivka: dozens of buildings damaged and 14 people killed
In Kostyantynivka, Donetsk region, a rescue operation continues after a Russian strike on a supermarket. Dozens of buildings, including the post office, shops, and residential buildings, were damaged. Currently, it is known that more than 40 people were injured and are being provided with assistance. Unfortunately, 14 people have died.
President: Russia selects targeted goals for its missile strikes
The President emphasized that Russia consciously chooses targets for its missile strikes, calling it targeted terror. He stressed that the occupiers will be held accountable for their crimes before the court and history.
Zelensky thanked the Ukrainian warriors for their resilience and bravery, especially noting those who capture the occupiers, thus contributing to the release of Ukrainian prisoners.

During the meeting of the Staff, reports on the situation at the front, intelligence information, and the use of long-range drones were heard. The President emphasized the importance of developing the drone sector as a strategic direction of the defense industry.
Issues of strengthening air defense and preparing schools for the new school year were also discussed. The government is working to ensure that children in all possible communities can study offline.
App "Army+": successful launch and plans for expansion
The President noted the successful launch of the "Army+" app, which was downloaded by 40 thousand users in its first day. It is planned to expand its use to all Defense Forces of Ukraine to reduce bureaucracy and increase efficiency.
