Excluded - But Again on the Lists: Who Among Ukrainians Unexpectedly Became Subject to Military Duty and How to Check It.

Ukrainians have been warned about possible changes in military registration. According to kadroland, now everyone who thought they were exempt from registration may become subject to military duty. Therefore, it is important to check the information about your exemption in the state database of draftees and those subject to military duty in the TCC.
Changes Introduced by the Government
In April of this year, decree No. 556 was adopted, which led to men aged 25 to 60 years, not registered in the 'Oberih' registry, automatically being placed on military registration. Information about them is passed from the State Migration Service to the Ministry of Defense for entry into the 'Oberih' system. Thus, they automatically become subject to military duty through data exchange between registries.
The essence is that data from various state registries are combined in the 'Oberih' system, and if there is no other information about a citizen under 60 regarding exemption from service, they automatically acquire the status of being subject to military duty.
Recommendations for Solving the Problem
To resolve the issue of wrongful inclusion in military registration, it is advised to check the data in the registry through the 'Rezerv+' mobile application or the 'Diiya' web portal. If there is no information regarding exemption from registration, a statement must be submitted to the appropriate TCC with a request for the necessary information to be included, referencing official documents.
Active steps will help solve this problem, as ignoring the situation may have negative consequences. Also, it is important to remember that it is undesirable to agree to a repeat medical examination if a person was previously recognized as unfit for service and exempted from registration.
The government's decree regarding military registration for the age group of 25 to 60 years may lead to changes in the status of citizens regarding military service. It is important to carefully check your status and timely submit statements to correct information and avoid possible issues with conscription into service. Communication with military authorities and compliance with requirements may help avoid unpleasant situations and misunderstandings related to military service.Read also
