The proceeds are used to cover unpaid amounts. Therefore, it is extremely important not to ignore payments and, if necessary, negotiate restructuring to avoid problems and fines.
According to industry experts, the key for Polish consumers is to be proactive and communicate with utility providers if they are experiencing financial difficulties. By doing so, they can potentially avoid the most severe consequences and work on a solution that preserves their access to essential services.
