The AFU named the direction with the most intense fighting in southern Ukraine.

The most contentious clash is taking place at the Vremivsky bridgehead, reported the spokesman of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army "South" Serhiy Bratchuk.
"The most fierce battles are now taking place at the Vremivsky bridgehead. The Dnipro direction is also active: the intensity of the fighting varies, there are 3-4 attacks a day, sometimes more. Reconnaissance and small assault groups are operating in the Zaporizhzhia direction. They are trying to find our weak spots," he said in an interview with the FREEДОМ TV channel.
According to him, the Russians are trying to level the battle line at the Vremivsky bridgehead.
"Practically, this is the southern flank for the continuation of the offensive to Pokrovsk," Bratchuk clarified.
He added that the Russians are actively spreading false information about a large-scale offensive in the Zaporizhzhia direction.
