SBU reveals plans of Russian information attacks around operation in Kursk region: statement.

Fake news from Russian special services about war crimes in Donbas are useless – SBU
The Security Service of Ukraine reports that Russian special services are trying to use the situation in the Kursk region for unfounded accusations of Ukrainian military in war crimes. The SBU claims that this is fake news and disinformation, which does not correspond to reality.
According to the SBU, such information-psychological operations are conducted because the Russian side cannot effectively counter the offensive actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Security Service warns that in the near future, Russian special services may start staging crimes against the civilian population of the Kursk region in order to blame Ukraine for it.
The SBU warns that such attempts are useless and will not affect either the offensive actions of the AFU or the opinion of our state's international partners.
The Security Service emphasizes that the Armed Forces of Ukraine strictly adhere to the rules and customs of warfare, particularly regarding the treatment of prisoners of war and the civilian population.
