Russians struck the Kherson train station: passenger train damaged.


On Thursday, March 27, Russian occupiers attacked the Kherson train station and its surrounding infrastructure. According to 'Ukrzaliznytsia', this was reported by Glavkom. As a result of the shelling, the carriage of train No. 110 Kherson – Lviv was damaged, delaying it by one and a half hours. Fortunately, no one was injured as workers and passengers were in shelter. The damaged carriage will be replaced with a spare one. Due to the shelling, the station building's windows were shattered, and electrical and water supply cables were damaged.
On the same day, March 27, Russian forces also struck the center of Kherson. According to Glavkom, two people were killed and several others were injured. A 55-year-old woman was killed, and a 56-year-old man was hospitalized with blast injuries. As a result of the strike, electricity supply in Kherson was partially disconnected. It was also reported that the injured man was at the bus stop when the shelling occurred. That morning, an 82-year-old woman was also attacked by a drone and sustained fatal injuries.
This is not the first Time that Russian occupiers have attacked Ukrainian cities. Earlier, there were drone attacks on Kharkiv, which resulted in injuries to people. Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov reported that the enemy struck the city at least 12 times.
