Russians struck a warehouse of napkins and diapers in Dnipro (updated).

As a result of shelling by Russian forces in Dnipro, a warehouse containing napkins and diapers has been severely damaged. The city's mayor, Boris Filatov, stated that this is a terrorist act and has no connection with reconnaissance or mercenaries. He is concerned that Russian forces are forcefully targeting innocent people and children's playgrounds.
The Prosecutor's Office of Dnipropetrovsk region reported that a pre-trial investigation into the war crime that led to a person's death has been initiated. Rescuers and law enforcement are already on-site documenting the facts of the Russian war crime.
There are five people injured from the shelling who are currently in the hospital. Firefighters continue to extinguish the blaze at the site.
The director of Biosphere Corporation, Zdesenko, confirmed that this strike occurred specifically on their warehouses. He sarcastically stated that the Russian army attacked a 'military facility' where diapers and other everyday goods are produced. According to Zdesenko, this is a new 'terrible threat' for Russia, which cost the life of one of their employees.
On April 4, Russian drones attacked Dnipro at night, causing casualties.
New tactics of Russian forces in Kharkiv
Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov reported the use of new tactics by the Russian army. Russian forces are quickly shelling one location in the city with drones. There have been known cases where up to 17 drones struck one area of Kharkiv. This creates a significant dangerous burden on local facilities.
Additionally, Russian forces carried out mass shelling of Kharkiv using drones, which victimized civilian enterprises and buildings.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskiy, stated that the Russian Federation has begun a new phase of a large-scale offensive, intensifying pressure on the Sumy and Kharkiv regions.
Analysis:
News continues to report various attacks and shelling by the Russian army on Ukrainian cities and civilian objects. This indicates the ruthlessness and aggression of the Russian authorities, who, in order to achieve their goals, are even ready to forcibly interfere in the daily lives of the peaceful population. Such attacks require an immediate response and support from the international community.
