South Korean intelligence: the average age of North Korean military personnel in Russia is about 20 years.

North Korean military group moving to Russia
The National Intelligence Service of South Korea has received information that an advance group of North Korean military personnel, led by Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the KPA Kim Yong Bok, is moving to the front line in Russia.
This information was reported by Yonhapnews.
Representatives of the ruling and opposition parties, Lee Sung-gwon and Park Sung-won, spoke about this at a closed session of the parliamentary intelligence committee.
According to intelligence data, such movement may indicate that North Korean military personnel are rapidly moving to Kursk. It is likely that Kim Yong Bok, a close associate of Kim Jong Un in military affairs, has been appointed the head of the advance group regarding the KN-23 missiles (North Korean version of the "Iskander").
Intelligence also notes that military personnel from North Korea who were sent to Russia are mostly slightly older than 20 years, with some even not yet 20 years old. It is worth emphasizing that their combat capabilities should not be underestimated, although their effectiveness in modern warfare remains in question due to a lack of relevant experience.
Regarding North Korean workers, intelligence reported that about 4,000 people who were sent to Russia this year are likely receiving a salary of approximately 800 dollars per month.
