The Pension Fund of Ukraine allowed to issue an income certificate for pensioners in another way.

Ukrainian pensioners now have the opportunity to obtain a certificate of their income online, without having to visit the Pension Fund service centers. To do this, one must log in to the Pension Fund's electronic services web portal and select the option 'Income certificate for pensioners'.
According to the Ministry of Social Policy, the electronic certificate has the same legal force as a paper version.
In 2025, citizens will also be able to apply for state compensation for housing and utility payments through the 'Prihystok' program. Homeowners who have taken in internally displaced persons for free can receive a payment of 450 hryvnias per month for each person for six months. If the right to participate in the program is confirmed, it will be automatically extended for another six months.
Earlier, the Pension Fund of Ukraine explained how the status of a combat veteran affects the pension amount in 2025.
