Ukraine will become the first European country to receive mobile internet from Starlink. 'Kyivstar' has already begun testing new services, and by the end of 2025 plans to provide messaging capabilities, and in the second quarter of 2026 - broadband satellite communication.

The agreement between Kyivstar and Starlink regarding the implementation of Direct to Cell satellite communication has been signed, which will allow Ukrainian subscribers to have stable communication, even in remote areas with poor coverage.
