Pensioners can increase their monthly payments: how to receive 292 hryvnias.

Ukrainians can receive an additional payment to their pension
The press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine reported that pensioners of Ukraine with the title 'Honorable Donor of Ukraine' can receive an additional payment to their pension. The amount of this allowance is 292 hryvnias per month, equivalent to 10% of the subsistence minimum.
The Law of Ukraine №931-IX 'On the Safety and Quality of Donor Blood and Its Components' establishes the right to receive this benefit in Article 21. To obtain the title 'Honorable Donor', one must donate blood or plasma free of charge a corresponding number of times.
To receive the additional payment, it is necessary to submit an application to the Pension Fund and present a passport, TIN, and a certificate of title assignment. The allowance is credited automatically after verifying the documents, and its amount will increase with the rise of the subsistence minimum.
According to the Pension Fund, more than 41 thousand people in Ukraine receive such additional payments. Compared to 2023, when the amount of the allowance was 258.9 UAH, this benefit has increased.
June 14 is World Blood Donor Day, celebrated in recognition and gratitude to the people who save lives with their donations.
