The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, has arrived in Ukraine. The European Commission will provide Ukraine with a loan of 35 billion euros as part of G7 commitments. President Volodymyr Zelensky noted that the funds will go to energy, defense, and domestically-produced weaponry. Restrictions on the use of Telegram in government agencies, military formations, and critical infrastructure facilities in Ukraine have been adopted at a meeting of the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center. Ukrzaliznytsia company is launching Wi-Fi in Intercity and Intercity+ trains. The IAEA urged Russia to decommission the Zaporizhzhia NPP.
