Even without strikes on energy: Ukrainians warned whether to expect power outages in winter.

Ukrainians were told whether the lights would be turned off in winter if there were no attacks on energy.
According to her, power outages in winter will occur regardless of whether there are strikes on critical infrastructure.
"Solving the issue of heating and ensuring the warmth of houses can relieve the tension or additional load that our power system carries due to people simply starting to turn on a bunch of electrical appliances. So the question is: "and when will the heating season start?", – the specialist said.
Meanwhile, Voynitska emphasized that it's important to know whether we are ready for the heating season. In particular, whether Ukraine has enough generation and gas in storage.
"I am concerned about the indicators we see regarding the gas volumes we currently have in storage. It seems that "Naftogaz" is not coping with the task," she emphasized.
Recall that the IMF has given a gloomy forecast for Ukrainian energy.
