A complaint has been filed against the judges in the Kolomoisky and Boholyubov case with the Higher Council of Justice.

A complaint has been submitted to the Higher Council of Justice regarding the decision of the judges of the Northern Appeal Economic Court concerning the case of the 'Borivazh' port. This decision allowed the oligarchs Kolomoisky, Boholyubov, and Tyhypko to retain control over the port.
On January 15, during a meeting of the Northern Appeal Economic Court, the panel of judges, including Otryukh B.V., Korsak V.A., Ostapenko O.M., made a decision in favor of the oligarchs. They confirmed the legality of the decision of Judge Holovina, which blocked the economic activities of 'Agroterminal Logistics', the company that owns the 'Borivazh' port. This decision overturned the decision of the Ministry of Justice, which was intended to protect assets from the influence of Kolomoisky and Boholyubov.
One of the appellants filed a complaint with the Higher Council of Justice in case 910/10935/24. Earlier, recusal of the panel during the case review had already been announced. This complaint is supported by interference in the automated system for case distribution.
It is noted that Kolomoisky, Boholyubov, and Tyhypko appointed 'loyal' judges.
These judges actively participated in blocking the transfer of shares of 'Prominvestbank' to state ownership. Tyhypko lobbied the interests of Kolomoisky and Boholyubov, disregarding the interests of the state. Thus, Tyhypko helped the oligarchs retain the assets of 'Prominvestbank' and the 'Borivazh' port. According to preliminary data, the state may lose an asset worth over 8 billion UAH in the case of the 'Borivazh' port.
