Olha Liubianska from Ukraine has become the world champion in sailing in the 'Optimist' class among girls. She won among 86 participants and took fifth place in the overall standings among 281 athletes at the world championship in the Slovenian city of Piran.
At the same championship, the Ukrainian team in Greco-Roman wrestling at the U20 European Championship in Italy took third place in the team standings. Our athletes won 7 medals: 2 'silver' and 5 'bronze'.
Ukrainian divers also showed excellent results at the European Championship in Athens. Our team won 12 medals, including 6 'gold', 3 'silver', and 3 'bronze'.

Ukrainian athletes continue to delight with their achievements in international competitions, demonstrating a high level of training in various sports and age categories.
The presented successes of Ukrainian female athletes indicate a high level of sports training in Ukraine and the constant development of the sports movement in the country.
