Podobaylo noted that Hrytsko returned on Time, just like every year, but his partner Odarka has not yet arrived, although she is expected in the coming days.
The birds live together only in the nest, while they fly separately. Therefore, we expect Odarka a bit later than last year, - said the scientific employee of the National Natural Park 'Pyriatynskyi'.
The National Natural Park 'Pyriatynskyi' has launched a 24/7 online broadcast from the stork's nest, allowing people to watch the birds in real time. The storks have not returned to their home since August last year.

Let us remind you that every spring, after a long journey to warm countries, storks return to Ukraine, but the nests of these birds are often located on power poles. This poses a threat to them as well as to the uninterrupted supply of electricity. To protect storks and keep the lights on for local residents, capital energy workers are installing protective platforms for nests.
