Kellogg stated that the USA and Ukraine agreed on 22 steps towards a potential peace agreement.

During negotiations in London, the United States and Ukraine agreed on 22 measures aimed at achieving a potential peace agreement to end the war with Russia. This was reported by the special representative of US President Donald Trump, Keith Kellogg, in an interview with Fox News, as reported by Glavkom.
According to Kellogg, not all points were unambiguously accepted by the Ukrainian side, but this is normal in the negotiation process: 'Ukrainians liked not all, but no one will like the final position you will produce. It is normal when you have some negotiations.'
Kellogg also expressed confidence that Russia is incapable of winning the war:
'Russia will not win this war. In the last year and a half, Russia has not achieved any serious successes. They have lost hundreds of thousands of soldiers, they are moving inches, not kilometers. And the Ukrainians are fighting on their own land. They are fighting fiercely. Therefore, when Russia says they are winning, that is not true.'
He also noted that European partners are ready to strengthen support for Ukraine, especially under the leadership of the United Kingdom and France:
Kellogg emphasized that a military solution to the conflict is impossible, and only diplomatic efforts can lead to sustainable peace.
By the way, Kellogg considers Vladimir Putin's proposal for a three-day ceasefire, which is to take place from May 8 to May 10, as 'absurd'.
Earlier, Keith Kellogg commented on the statement made by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, that President Donald Trump is losing patience and may withdraw from the negotiation process. He noted that Rubio's words are 'harsh', but they 'need to be so.'
