'They are not touched by the TCC': the colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said where to find prepared reserves for the army.

Ukrainian Colonel of the Armed Forces and Member of Parliament Serhiy Rudyka believes that the current approach to mobilizing military resources requires criticism. He points to the problem of attracting a significant reserve of conscripts.
'We have a large number of people in reserve who can already hold weapons according to all laws, and the state should implement what the TCC applies to everyone. These are servicemen who are retired, who transitioned to this pension at the age of 40-45. This is the State Security Service. This function can be performed by private security,'Rudyka emphasized.
Rudyka criticizes the existing methods of recruitment into the army, particularly the mass sending of recruitment messages. He calls this situation absurd and complains that even after three years of voluntary service, he still receives such messages.
According to Rudyka, people are unwilling to serve due to the unjust nature of the system. He points out that there is far too much corruption in the army, with many advisers, assistants to Members of Parliament, and other officials hiding behind armor.
The deputy also criticizes the 'Contract 1824' program, which is created for volunteers. He believes it is unfair to those who voluntarily decided to serve before 2022.
Regarding the mobilization of elite military units, Rudyka supports the position of his colleague Ihor Lutsenko. He asks how an ordinary Ukrainian can believe in the strength of the Ukrainian army if people like him can be counted on the fingers of one hand.
When asked about the reasons for the mobilization issues, Rudyka replied that everyone is involved: the president, the government, Members of Parliament, and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. He sees the problem in the fact that each of them bears their share of responsibility.
