Erdogan stated whether Turkey will participate in the second Peace Summit after Russia's refusal.

President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that his country is ready to participate in the second Global Peace Summit.
The statement was made on September 26, according to the Turkish publication Hürriyet.
We said that we are ready to participate in this conference... We hope that we, as Turkey, will take part in establishing peace in the region
Erdogan emphasized the importance of his country and stated that Turkey "most desires a just peace in the Ukrainian-Russian war".
The Turkish leader believes that diplomacy and dialogue are the key to ending the conflict. However, he recognizes that the path to peace is not easy.
Unfortunately, we are not close to this yet. We consider the fact that we can negotiate with both the Ukrainian and Russian sides as an advantage on the path to peace
Erdogan emphasizes the global significance of peaceful settlement, as it will be "a great service to humanity".
It is worth noting that Russia has officially refused to participate in the second Peace Summit, which is being organized by Ukraine with the support of international partners.
