The men's national volleyball team of Ukraine improved its position in the world ranking.


The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) updated the world ranking of men's teams after the second week of the Nations League 2025. Ukraine dropped to 12th place, which drew the attention of Glavkom and Public Sport.
After the end of the second game week of the tournament, Ukraine took sixth place in the standings with 15 points, which is equivalent to the results of Japan and France.

After four matches in the second week of the Nations League, Ukraine climbed one position and is now in 12th place. Under the leadership of Raul Lozano, the team earned 21.6 points and surpassed Serbia.
Compared to 11th place Canada, Ukraine's gap narrowed to 20.74 points. At the same Time, Ukraine is ahead of Serbia by 22.45 points.
Thanks to the victory over Japan in the tiebreak, the team received 10.81 points. The win over Turkey brought in 7.99 points, and after defeating Bulgaria in four sets, Ukraine added 5.91 points.
The only points loss occurred due to a defeat by France - 3.11 points.
