The State Border Guard Service has explained the documents that men from the cultural and informational sectors must have to travel abroad.
Men aged 18 to 60 who comply with the rules for crossing the state border and have the following documents may travel abroad:

- an invitation from a foreign organization (translated into Ukrainian);
- a military registration document with the appropriate marks from territorial recruitment and social support centers or a military registration document in electronic form.
'If the purpose of the trip is not confirmed, entry will be denied,' emphasizes the State Border Guard Service.
The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy will not provide letters of assistance for crossing the border for independent artists without official employment or entrepreneurial status
It should be noted that the Cabinet of Ministers has regulated the issue of travel for conscripted artists and media workers abroad. The new rules will come into effect on March 6.
It was also noted that the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine will not provide letters of assistance for crossing the border for independent artists if they do not have official employment or entrepreneurial status.
