How often can military personnel change their place of service through 'Army+'? Umerov answered.

The government simplifies the procedure for submitting reports to change place of service
Today, the government adopted a resolution that simplifies the procedure for submitting reports to change place of service thanks to the 'Army+' application. Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov announced that the possibility of transfer will be available once a year after six months of service in the current unit.
«Instead of lengthy approvals, it is now sufficient to have a copy of the military ID card (or officer ID) and a recommendation letter from the new brigade. Permission from the current commander is no longer required», Umerov wrote.
Umerov noted that the personnel center of the Armed Forces processes documents within 72 hours and informs the serviceman of the results of the review through the Army+ application. In case of refusal, the serviceman will receive a notification stating the reasons for the refusal.
«Military personnel rights protection is also provided: the Ministry of Defense will review unjustified refusals. Transfer is possible no more than once a year with six months of service in the current unit», the Minister emphasized.
The Ministry of Defense, together with the Armed Forces and public organizations, developed this initiative. Umerov pointed out that this decision will allow every soldier to more effectively use their experience and skills where they are most needed.
This resolution allows military personnel to submit reports through the 'Army+' application. The Ministry of Defense explained that in the application, you can create, sign, send, and track an electronic report. A video was published showing how to do it.
It is also reported that the first group of volunteers from the Ukrainian Legion signed contracts with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The procedure for signing contracts took place at the recruiting center located at the Ukrainian consulate in Lublin, Poland.
